Vijishma Vidyadharan . is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management with over 9 years of academic and industry experience. A university rank holder in B.Com and topper in MBA (Finance & Marketing), she holds postgraduate degrees in MBA, MCom, and MSc in Applied Psychology, and is UGC-NET qualified. Currently pursuing her PhD in Management, she specializes in Finance, Strategic Cost Management, Behavioural Finance, and Operations. She has published in ABDC and Web of Science indexed journals, authored a book on Financial Analytics role , and contributed chapters in edited volumes. Apart from teaching, she has served as Member of the Syllabus Revision Committee for Operations & Logistics Management under the University of Calicut, External Question Paper Setter for Autonomous Colleges, National Seminar Chair, and Coordinator for initiatives such as ERP implementation, Women Development Cell, and National-Level Management Fests.
