Muralidharan is a distinguished academician with over 25 years of dedicated service in the Collegiate Education Department, Government of Kerala, demonstrating extensive expertise in Curriculum Development, Academic leadership, and the enhancement of student learning outcomes. Currently serving as the Principal of Monti International Institute of Management Studies, he plays a significant role in shaping academic policies, promoting institutional excellence, and fostering an innovative learning environment. Professional Experience :

Dr. V. K. Muralidharan possesses extensive experience in teaching and academic administration, having served in several higher education institutions in various leadership capacities. Prior to his current role, he held the positions of Principal-in-Charge, Associate Professor, and Head of the PG and Research Department of Commerce and Management Studies at Government College, Pattambi, a prestigious NAAC A+ accredited institution. He has also contributed to the academic community as an Academic Director, Academic Advisor, and Consultant, offering academic guidance and consultancy services to various government bodies and higher education institutions. At present, he serves as a member of the Faculty Board of Commerce and Management at the University of Calicut.
