Mr. Vishnu Lona Jacob completed his graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering and went on to pursue Executive MBA from IIM(k). Mr. Vishnu started his professional career as Trainee Engineer (Business Analytics) with TCS and continued in IT domain for three years before moving into the world of training. He now has ten plus years of training experience, having carried out Corporate communication, Sales pitch & closure, Negotiation, career profiling, Parenting, Budgeting, Conflict Management, Innovative Thinking, Happiness Regime, Sustainable Living, Analytics, NLP & Motivation, Personality development, Soft Skill & Professionalism Training, Customer Service, Grooming & Body Language Training, Empathy & Relationship Building, Career Profiling, Placement Trainings, New age learning techniques, Digital marketing training across south India at various Institutions (NIT, Albertian Institute, SRM Group, MES Group, SCMS, Vimal Jyothi Engineering College, Girideepam institute of advanced learning, T johns institute of technology, VIT, etc) and at various Corporate Companies (TCS, IBS, Wipro, HDFC, ICICI, Elite Group, Orgello, SBI etc). He has presented many papers on Personality development & intrinsic Motivation nationally. Mr. Vishnu was awarded Young trainer of the year award by Economic Times in the year 2014. Mr. Vishnu is one among the very few NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) certified trainer in KERALA, he is also associated with Kerala Governments ASAP (Additional Skill Acquisition Program), Start Up Village, KASE (Kerala Academy for Skill Excellence) & PASSWORD (Career Guidance Program by Kerala State Minority Cell) projects as mentor and counselor. Apart from training Mr. Vishnu is also involved in many social movements like MAD (Make a Difference) & Make a Wish Campaign.
