Ms. R. Sreeja is a dedicated academic professional with over seven years of teaching experience in Commerce and Management education. She is a UGC-NET qualified faculty member and holds M.Com and MBA degrees, with specialization in Finance and Human Resource Management. She previously served as the Head of the Department of Bachelor of Business Administration at MES Arts and Science College, Perinthalmanna, where she played a key role in academic leadership, curriculum implementation, and student development. She is known for her student-centric teaching approach, academic discipline, and commitment to quality higher education. Ms. Sreeja is actively involved in teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and serves as a faculty member for Calicut University Distance Education (SDE) and ECLAT CMA degree classes. In addition, she is an Employee Motivation Trainer, contributing to professional development initiatives through mentoring and training sessions.
