Faculty Devolepment Programme on June 19th & 20th – A 2 day workshop on Case Teaching, Simulations and Gamification
Monti International Institute of Management Studies (MIIMS) was pleased to organize a Two-Day Faculty Development Programme on Case Teaching, Simulations, and Gamification. This workshop is designed to empower educators with innovative, experiential teaching methodologies that foster active learning, critical thinking, and enhanced student engagement. Through interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, and collaborative activities, participants will explore effective strategies for integrating case-based learning, business simulations, and gamification into their classrooms.
The programme was led by distinguished resource persons Dr. Bijith George Abraham and Dr. Dawn Jose, Senior Assistant Professors at XIME Kochi, who bring extensive expertise in management education and contemporary pedagogical practices. Faculty members, researchers, and academic professionals Abled to gain valuable insights, practical tools, and best practices to create dynamic, learner-centric classrooms aligned with modern educational standards.
