Monti International Institute of Management Studies (MIIMS) conducted a Bridge Course for newly admitted MBA First-Year students to help them transition smoothly into postgraduate management education. The programme was designed to strengthen students’ foundational knowledge and familiarize them with essential management concepts, regardless of their undergraduate background.
The course covered key subjects such as Quantitative Techniques, Basics of Accounting, Economics, Management Theory and Corporate Social Responsibility (MTCSR), Business Law, Industrial Training, and Introduction to Case Studies. Through interactive sessions, practical examples, and faculty guidance, students developed analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills essential for academic and professional success.This initiative reflects MIIMS’ commitment to providing quality education and preparing students to excel in their MBA programme with confidence, competence, and a strong foundation for future managerial roles.
