Monti International Institute of Management Studies (MIIMS) successfully conducted the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) on 09th & 10th July 2026 as part of the MBA admission process for the 2026–27 academic year.

The selection process witnessed the participation of aspiring management students from various backgrounds. The GD evaluated candidates’ communication, analytical, and teamwork skills, while the PI assessed their academic aptitude, confidence, career goals, and overall suitability for management education.

The admission panel ensured a transparent and merit-based selection process, reflecting MIIMS’ commitment to identifying talented future management professionals and maintaining excellence in management education.

Faculty Devolepment Programme on June 19th & 20th – A 2 day workshop on Case Teaching, Simulations and Gamification

Monti International Institute of Management Studies (MIIMS) was pleased to organize a Two-Day Faculty Development Programme on Case Teaching, Simulations, and Gamification. This workshop is designed to empower educators with innovative, experiential teaching methodologies that foster active learning, critical thinking, and enhanced student engagement. Through interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, and collaborative activities, participants will explore effective strategies for integrating case-based learning, business simulations, and gamification into their classrooms.

The programme was led by distinguished resource persons Dr. Bijith George Abraham and Dr. Dawn Jose, Senior Assistant Professors at XIME Kochi, who bring extensive expertise in management education and contemporary pedagogical practices. Faculty members, researchers, and academic professionals Abled to gain valuable insights, practical tools, and best practices to create dynamic, learner-centric classrooms aligned with modern educational standards. This FDP offers an excellent platform for professional development, networking, and the exchange of innovative teaching ideas that inspire academic excellence.
